To provide students with meaningful relationships that enable them to thrive during their time at the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration.

Our Vision

To enhance engagement and community at the Nolan School of Hotel Administration through successful pairing of students with mentors, and to cultivate opportunities, resources, and activities to foster a supportive environment for incoming students.

How to Get Involved:

All new hotelies are eligible for a mentor and all returning hotelies are encouraged to apply to become mentors! We urge you to engage with our program events and resources and reach out if we can be of assistance in any way.
