Food Lab

Located in Statler Hall rooms 280 and 290, the Food Service Management Laboratory is for the exclusive use School of Hotel Administration students and faculty.

Use: Academic coursework and research

Capacity: 25

Cost: $500, half day; $1,000, full day

Availability: The Food Lab is available for reservation during the summer, winter, and spring breaks on a first come, first served basis. A minimum two week notice is required for all reservations. A certificate of insurance must be provided by the reservation holder to the Cornell University Risk Management Office.
