Food Lab
Located in Statler Hall rooms 280 and 290, the Food Service Management Laboratory is for the exclusive use of Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School School of Hotel Administration students and faculty.

Cost: $1,000, half day; $2,000, full day
Availability: The Food Lab is available for reservation during the summer, winter, and spring breaks on a first-come, first-served basis. A minimum of two weeks notice is required for all reservations. A certificate of insurance must be provided by the reservation holder to the Cornell University Risk Management Office.
