Conference Rooms

Two conference rooms are available for reservation, the Sack Family Hospitality Suite and the Silver Birch Suite.

Sack Family Conference Room

Located in Statler Hall room 191, this board room-style conference room offers the following services:

• Built-in PC computer and a Zoom Room computer
• HDMI and USBC hookup
• Two Digital TV Displays
• Ceiling Microphones
• Ceiling Speakers
• Three PTZ Cameras

Use: Meetings

Capacity: 12, with boardroom-style seating

Cost: $300, half day; $600, full day.  Dedicated technical support may be arranged for an additional fee of $75 per hour.

Availability: Daily. All requests must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

Silver Birch Suite

Located on the fifth floor of the Statler Hall tower, this board room-style conference room, which may also be used for small receptions, offers the following services:

• Whiteboard
• Built in PC computer
• VGA laptop hookup
• Conference phone
• 2 LCD Projectors
• 2 Motorized Projection Screens

Use: Meetings, small receptions

Capacity: 20-30, with board room-style seating; 46, seated with tables; 95, standing

Cost: $850, half day; $1,000, full day. Dedicated technical support may be arranged for an additional fee of $75 per hour.
