Operations Excellence: Trends in Service Delivery Process Improvement Roundtable

This roundtable is being hosted by Professor Vince Slaugh. Planning for the roundtable has been supported by Steve Crowley and Brian Reece of Service Physics and Josh Howell, President of the Lean Enterprise Institute.
A variety of topics will be explored including:
• How traditional process improvement philosophies like Lean align with today’s operational challenges.
• The role of advanced analytical tools in process improvement
• Trends in how workers engage with process improvement efforts.
• What students at the Cornell Nolan School should learn to excite them about process improvement.
