School of Hotel Administration students are encouraged to explore spending a semester or an academic year studying abroad—in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, or Oceania (Australia and New Zealand)—as an integral part of the undergraduate experience. Studying abroad gives students an enriching cultural experience, a deeper understanding of the world, and expanded international career opportunities. Students earn academic credit towards their undergraduate degree while broadening their international horizons.
Through the Cornell Abroad program, School of Hotel Administration students can join other Cornellians—primarily third- and fourth-year students—who study in more than 40 countries and enroll in more than 150 programs and universities around the world. Use the interactive map on the Cornell Abroad website to explore some of the recommended Study Abroad programs and participating institutions.
