Atrium Company Showcases
An Atrium Company Showcase is an excellent way to meet students while generating interest in your company’s career opportunities. Whether you are a new or returning employer, you will find this informal setting to be a helpful part of your recruiting strategy. Showcases take place in the Statler Hall World Atrium during the academic year. One six-foot table is provided per employer and participants are welcome to bring floor-model display items.

In the fall semester, the Hotel School hosts the Hospitality Career Fair and the Real Estate Career Fair. In the spring semester, we host a combined Hospitality and Real Estate Career Fair. These events offer an opportunity for companies to share information about their organization, industry, and career opportunities. Hotel School career fairs are open to undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in all facets of hospitality, real estate, finance, and consulting.

If you wish to recruit students from Cornell's other colleges and schools, consider attending a Cornell Career Services Career Fair.
Employer Information Sessions
Employers may host information sessions during the academic semesters to share information on their company, industry, and career opportunities. Recruiters who are hosting on-campus interviews are encouraged to host an information session prior to their on-campus interview date.
If you are considering hosting an information session, please contact the Career Management team at firstname.lastname@example.org for guidance on identifying an appropriate date. Venue arrangements are the responsibility of the recruiting organization and should be made as far in advance as possible, as meeting space is limited and fills quickly. We suggest that you schedule your presentation to be held after 5 p.m. Contact the Statler Hotel Sales Office at 800.541.2501 to reserve space and to make any arrangements for catering and equipment. Employer in Residence Opportunities
Employers interested in assisting students with their career development may offer to participate in Employer in Residence activities. Traditional career-focused activities include mock-interviews, resume reviews, individual appointments with students, and small-group career conversations. Posting Jobs & Conducting On-Campus Interviews
Recruit candidates for full-time and summer positions, internships, and externships through our two online recruiting platforms. During the academic semesters, employers are able to interview on campus. To express interest in doing so, please submit your date request and review Cornell Career Services employer policies and procedures.
- To recruit students from the Bachelor of Science in hotel administration, Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH), and Baker Program in Real Estate—as well as recent alumni—post in Handshake. Career opportunities appropriate for inclusion in Handshake include internships, summer jobs, full-time jobs, and MMH-focused winter externships. In addition, you may post semester-long opportunities for the undergraduate Management Intern Program. Please note that including a GPA requirement in your posting may prevent first-year undergraduate and graduate students, as well as new transfer students, from applying for the opportunity. If you are posting an internship position for undergraduate or graduate students, or a full-time position for MMH students, please consider indicating your GPA preference in the position description but not in the requirements section of the posting.
