Tuesday Baptiste is the Director of People and Culture at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore. She is responsible for driving a 5-star employee experience, recruiting and retaining the best and brightest hospitality professionals, developing innovative and inspiring leaders, and fostering a fun and loving workplace culture.
Tuesday first found her passion for hospitality as a server during her undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Hampton University. Since then, Tuesday completed a Master of Business Administration at Carnegie Mellon University and worked as a Corporate Lender for PNC Bank for 5 years. In pursuit of greater career purpose and passion, Tuesday completed her MMH degree at the Hotel School in 2015. By way of Hotel Operations and Real Estate at Four Seasons and LaSalle Hotel Properties, she advanced quickly to Director of People & Culture in October 2016 and has been having fun at work ever since.
Tuesday and her husband Terry are the proud parents of a 9-month old daughter, Olivia Marie, as well as a 12-year old Cocker Spaniel, Zoe. Tuesday enjoys completing a few races each year, traveling in search of good food and good wine, and taking full advantage of any opportunity for a dance party. Tuesday believes in the power of passion, confidence, and being herself, and is committed to making her hotel a great place to work.
