Allison Satter Hill currently serves as the President & CEO of The Local Pizzaiolo is a start-up fast-casual restaurant concept & company designed for fast & agile incubation, with 2 open locations in Atlanta, GA & 2 under construction (1 in Atlanta and 1 in Washington, DC) & plans for national expansion. The concept is rooted in the authenticity of Neapolitan pizza making with Giulio Adriani, global expert & four-time World Pizza Making Champion as the co-founder & head of culinary. The menu philosophy combines premium ingredients (from global & local farms) & highly-trained pizzaiolos to create tasty, delicious, healthy food at an affordable price point.

Ms. Allison Hill leads The Local Pizzaiolo as President and CEO. With an entrepreneurial spirit, she leads the company’s financial aspects & growth with a high focus on creating a warm-hearted culture for team members, a hospitable environment for guests and a purpose within the community. Ms. Hill has previously worked in a variety of brand & marketing roles including being a member of the Executive Team of the $450M company, Miller’s Ale House Restaurants, as Vice-President of Marketing; leading global IMC (integrated marketing communications) for the $14B Sprite Brand at The Coca-Cola Company & head of international communications at Sprint. In addition to the summer jobs of bussing, waiting tables & front desk clerking, her first full-time job was at The Harvey Hotel Company as a corporate Sales Manager.

Ms. Hill is a proud graduate of the School of Hotel Administration, and received her MBA from Cornell’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. She is an advocate for children’s causes & education, currently serving a six-year term as an appointed member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women.
