Larry is an accomplished Senior Executive and Strategist with demonstrated success spanning international gaming, finance, and hospitality. Leveraging extensive experience with property development and high-performance management structures, Larry is a valuable asset for a company requiring business turnaround planning, operational expense strategy, or crisis media advisory. His broad areas of expertise include operations, finance, development, human resources, design, and project planning and implementation.

Throughout his executive career, Larry has held leadership positions with Lewin International, LLC, Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort, Falls Management Company, and Hyatt Gaming Management Inc/Hyatt Gaming Services, LLC. He has been responsible for new property design and development, casino relationship marketing, development of gaming projects, and organizational change strategies

.. An industry leader, he has collaborated with large, international hotel chains on gaming projects and was a Trustee of the Grand Victoria Casino & Resort, LP. Larry is a proven achiever, successfully addressing the industry’s most challenging issues, and is well-known for his dedication to his values and high standards.

Larry attained his Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. As a seasoned board member, Larry has held board positions with the Casino Association of Indiana and served as a Fellow at Southern Utah University. He is a visiting lecturer at Roosevelt University and the University of Nevada, Reno. He is an Honorary Fellow at the Harvard Medical School Division on Addictions, an honor bestowed to him by the Director of the Division on Addictions. A sought-after keynote speaker and panel member, Larry appears regularly at international industry events and gaming conferences.
