As the daughter of a Hong Kong hotelier, Ms. Grace Leo is no stranger to the hospitality industry. With a distinctive style all her own, Ms. Leo stepped out front in Europe’s design hotel movement and made her name synonymous with visionary concepts and creative executions with refinement, artistic flair, and authenticity. Ms. Leo is credited with pioneering the trend for design-led boutique hotels and is internationally recognized for her unique blend of artistic flair, luxury design and successful project management in multiple cultures and languages. Her projects span Europe, North America, South America, the Caribbean and Asia. In July 2016 she joined the Swiss family office Ledunfly as CEO of their newly-formed hospitality division. In 2014 Ms. Leo was brought in by Reignwood Investment U.K to manage a £350 million hotel and residential project named Ten Trinity Square in London City which opened January 2017 as the second Four Seasons in the City. She was a member of the Executive Committee of Leading Hotels of the World for 9 years and has won various international awards. Ms. Leo is a proud alumna of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. She is fluent in English, French and Chinese.
