As the President & Chief Executive Officer of Wyndham Hotel Group, Vice Chair of the AHLA board of directors, National Chair of the U.S. Travel Association, and board of director’s member for Christel House International, Mr. Geoff Ballotti is a prime example of leadership in the hospitality industry. His position at Wyndham includes responsibility for more than 6,000 associates worldwide. As President & CEO, Mr. Ballotti focuses on the strategic direction, operation, growth and performance of Wyndham Hotel Group.
The portfolio of Wyndham Hotel Group includes 15 brands, 7,800 hotels, and more than 600,000 guest rooms spanning 66 countries. Wyndham offers guests the opportunity to have a great travel experience regardless of the location of type of accommodation. Recently, Wyndham Rewards program was ranked No. 1 Hotel Rewards Program for 2016-17 by U.S. News and World Report. Their service-orientated culture has led Wyndham to be one of the world’s largest hospitality companies.
Prior to joining Wyndham Hotel Group, Mr. Ballotti was the President & Chief Executive Officer of Wyndham Exchange & Rentals. Before beginning his career with Wyndham, Mr. Ballotti spent 20 years in various leadership positions with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide.
Mr. Ballotti serves on the board of directors for Christel House International, a not-for-profit organization that supports impoverished children throughout the world. He speaks both French and Italian. He earned a bachelor degree from Colby College and an MBA from Harvard University.
