Jackmont Hospitality is an award-winning, minority-owned foodservice management company and one of the fastest growing TGI Friday’s franchisees. In addition, the firm oversees on-site foodservice management contracts for airport concessions, healthcare foodservice, college and university foodservice, and school district dining programs.

CEO and Co-founder Daniel Halpern is not just the guy who signs the checks and seals the deals. He is the head, hands, and heart behind Jackmont Hospitality. He provides strategic direction, guidance to senior management in day-to-day operations, creates key business alliances, and oversees all financial matters.

A proud Cornellian, Mr. Halpern has published widely and lectured around the world on industry-related topics. He also makes appearances on the boards of several organizations, including Brand USA, the Democratic National Committee, the National Restaurant Association, and the Multi-Cultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance.

At the end of the day, Mr. Halpern is known as husband to Sonya, and dad to sons Geoffrey Francis, Nathaniel James, and daughter Sloane. They all reside in Atlanta, GA with their German Shepherd, Puddy.
