CREF: Justin Wai ’06, Managing Director, The Blackstone Group

With support from The Center for Real Estate and Finance, (CREF) and the Cornell Baker Program in Real Estate, Justin Wai ’06, Managing Director of the Blackstone Group and Cornell Alumnus joined Cornell University on October 30, 2019, for an open Lecture and Moderated Fireside Chat amongst a large group of Cornell students, faculty, and staff.

Mr. Wai focused on his career expertise including acquiring and managing real estate investments in Greater China, including the establishment of Blackstone’s logistics portfolio in China, the acquisition of Tysan Holdings and the establishment of Blackstone’s non-performing loan investment platform in China.
