Yael is the CEO of Yass Partners, a consulting firm that operates at the intersection of cybersecurity strategy and enterprise growth.
Previously, Yael held leadership roles in Wall St companies such as BlackRock and JPMorgan as well as client facing roles delivering services and sales in consulting and technology companies such as Andersen & Ariba (Now SAP). Her professional start was in hospitality technology companies including roles with Priceline and hsupply.
Yael is a contributor to the World Economic Forum’s 2022 Global Cyber Outlook and is frequently invited to speak to Corporate Directors and Executive Forums. She actively engages in Industry & Women Executive Networks and is an investor and advisor to technology start-up companies.
Yael’s entrepreneurial success is the sum of her range of experiences. She has worked in early-stage tech startups as well as enterprise organizations. She’s led through crises as well as through business growth. Yael is a proud Hotelie, and graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
