Spencer has over 20 years of real estate investment and development experience. Prior to Stablewood, he was a Director at Northwestern Mutual where he assessed new opportunities for the firm’s $60+ billion real estate portfolio. Before that, he developed residential land development projects in the United States and Latin America. Spencer is also the co-founder of the popular real estate educational website Adventures in CRE (A.CRE). Spencer holds a master’s degree in real estate from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Economics from Florida State University.
