Rob Karp is the Founder and CEO of MilesAhead, a luxury hospitality company creating unforgettable experiences of the highest quality. A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration (‘19), Rob was named one of Travel + Leisure’s International Rising Stars in 2017 and a finalist for Virtuoso’s Rising Star award in 2019. Rob first founded MilesAhead as a sophomore in high school, initially helping family and friends efficiently use their frequent flyer miles for plane tickets. During his time at Cornell, he met a couple of amazing people who believed in his vision and hired a fleet of students to support the business. Over time, MilesAhead has evolved into a full-scale luxury hospitality company that manages $15+ million of travel for a network of high-net worth individuals, families and executive teams.
Rob is an early riser, adventure seeker and self-proclaimed aviation geek. In his free time, you can find him on a long walk, playing tennis or trying out a new restaurant.
