Prashanth Radhakrishnan is a seasoned hospitality executive with over 20 years of experience driving global revenue strategy through data-driven innovation. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial and Luxury Intelligence within Marriott International’s Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI department, Prashanth leads initiatives that transform intelligence and advanced analytics into enterprise-wide strategy. His extensive tenure at Marriott is complemented by a deep professional history within the Starwood Hotels ecosystem and significant experience across the APAC region, where he has successfully steered complex commercial portfolios and large-scale analytical programs.
A recognized leader in the field, Prashanth sits on the Advisory Boards for the Cornell Center for Hospitality Research and the University of Delaware’s Department of Hospitality and Sport Business Management. He is committed to the evolution of the industry through advanced education, having recently completed the Cornell Hotel Real Estate Development Course and currently pursuing the MIT Sloan program on Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy.
