Peter Chang is Managing Principal of GreenLake Asset Management LLC, an alternative asset management firm specializing in senior real estate private credit. Since the inception of GreenLake’s investment vehicles, Mr. Chang has served as Portfolio Manager, directing the firm’s investment strategy and overseeing the underwriting, structuring, and asset management of its loan and investment portfolio. He is also responsible for guiding the firm’s strategic direction and supervising its day-to-day operations.
Mr. Chang has three decades of experience in real estate finance, portfolio and asset management, and valuation. In addition to his professional endeavors, he is a board member and founding investor of Akademisk Boldklub, a Danish professional football club. He holds a BS from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
