Mike Greene is a hospitality tech entrepreneur with deep roots in the industry. A 2013 graduate of Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration, Mike’s passion for hospitality began at age 14 working in restaurants and hotels and has evolved into a career building innovative technology solutions for the sector.

Mike’s career has taken him from product and strategy at Avero to creating and scaling the Global Restaurant Network for Resy/American Express, connecting premier dining experiences worldwide. As Co-founder and COO of Dorsia, he helped reshape how consumers access exclusive restaurant reservations. Currently as CEO of Skylark, Mike is focused on modernizing the luxury hotel booking experience.

Throughout his career, Mike has demonstrated an ability to identify friction points in hospitality experiences and build technology that creates value for both consumers and operators. He actively advises several food & beverage technology startups, helping early-stage founders navigate the complexities of building marketplace businesses.

Mike is passionate about sharing both his successes and failures with students to help them learn and grow as entrepreneurs in the hospitality industry. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife Laura (a fellow Hotelie ’13), their sons Theo and Silas, and their dog Luca.
