Jeff Garber serves as Vice President of Revenue System Transformation for IHG Hotels & Resorts [LON:IHG, NYSE:IHG (ADRs)]; a global hospitality company, with a purpose to provide True Hospitality for Good. With a family of 18 hotel brands and IHG One Rewards, one of the world’s largest hotel loyalty programmes, IHG has over 6,000 open hotels in over 100 countries, and more than 1,900 in the development pipeline, split across three operating regions; Americas; Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa (EMEAA); and Greater China.
Through Jeff’s 30+ years in hospitality, he has gained extensive knowledge in revenue management, channel distribution, loyalty, consumer insights, financial analysis and hotel operations. In his current role, Jeff leads the Commercial Operations Research & and Data science team focusing on Revenue Management. Jeff previously served as the Vice President of Commercial Insights, Analytics & Data Strategy, supporting the Digital & Voice teams, Global Sales and regional commercial leadership.
Throughout his career, Jeff has served IHG in various commercial roles across the US, UK, Singapore, and the Philippines. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and two children.
