Grace McBride Van Hollebeke is a two-time founder and travel-tech executive with a proven record of building and scaling companies at the intersection of travel and technology. She currently serves as Head of Marketing & Services at Tern, the all-in-one platform transforming how travel advisors run their businesses.
Grace joined Tern following its acquisition of Lucia, the freelancer marketplace she founded to connect travel advisors with vetted operational talent. Lucia now operates as Lucia by Tern, fully integrated into Tern’s ecosystem and powering the company’s services division.
Previously, Grace founded TripKit, a digital concierge platform for luxury travel advisors, which was also acquired. Her entrepreneurial background is complemented by hands-on industry experience as COO of MilesAhead while still an undergraduate at Cornell University.
A graduate of Cornell University, Grace also holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of travel-tech entrepreneurs and currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah.
