Fannelie is a New York-based Managing Director within Accenture Strategy, specializing in the Travel Industry. With 20 years of consulting experience, she has worked across the travel, consumer goods and services, and retail industries. Fannelie oversees Cost and Productivity Reinvention as well as Corporate Strategy & Growth capabilities for the NA Travel sector.

Fannelie focuses on developing strategic solutions for travel clients, partnering with them to deliver value-added, innovative business and technology solutions through efficient operations. She addresses key travel priorities such as traveler experience reinvention, data-led operations, technology transformation, talent transformation and development, and sustainable growth. Recognized for her ability to drive transformation from strategy to execution, Fannelie has led numerous large transformation programs throughout her career, both in the US and internationally. These programs encompass customer and employee experience, workforce management, digital transformation, and new business expansion.

Passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and mentorship, Fannelie holds various leadership roles aimed at fostering a culture and workplace where all individuals feel a sense of belonging, respect, and empowerment to perform their best work.

Originally from France, Fannelie holds Master’s degrees from ESCP Business School; City, University of London; and Europäische Wirtschaftshochschule in Berlin.
