Brad Walker '10

Brad Walker is a Managing Director on the Investments Team at Mavik Capital Management, a manager of US real estate special situations investments. Prior to Mavik, Mr. Walker was a Vice President at Mount Kellett Capital Management, a special situations investment firm with $8 billion in peak AUM, and an Analyst at Brookfield Asset Management.

Brad currently serves as a Member of the Advisory Board for the Cornell University Center for Real Estate Finance and a Board Member for the New York Private Equity Network for Real Estate, the largest private equity real estate networking group in the US. He has co-authored more than 15 case studies for intercollegiate real estate finance case competitions.

Brad received his BS degree from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
