Barry Moullet is president of Executive Insights, LLC and has more then 30 years of experience in the foodservice industry leading large-scale supply chain systems. Moullet specializes in supply chain challenges faced by food processing and restaurant companies. His consulting services include: purchasing analysis, freight and logistics optimization, distribution reviews, commodity and risk management programs, and supply chain organizational review/design.
Moullet has managed both corporate and cooperative purchasing platforms and has extensive experience with international sourcing and product movement, excellent working knowledge of commodity risk management and hedging programs, and currently advises foodservice companies on various business issues through consulting and board activities. He also serves on the board of CiCi’s Pizza Inc. and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire BluGold Real Estate Foundation and often visits the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University as a guest speaker related to various supply chain topics. Moullet holds an MBA with finance emphasis from the College of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and a BS in chemistry and marketing form the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
