Ashley Dimond is a Principal at Copford Capital Management, the Family Office for the Dimond Family. At Copford, Ashley focuses on real estate, venture and private equity investing, and strategic decision making. Ashley also manages the operational responsibilities for the Dimond Family Foundation. Prior to joining Copford, Ashley served as the Director of Strategy for Stonebridge Companies, a Copford portfolio company. In its history, Stonebridge has owned, managed, and developed over 150 hotels under the Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, InterContinental Hotels Group, Ritz Carlton, and Four Seasons brands.

Before Stonebridge, Ashley spent four years at Uber Technologies, serving as a new market launcher, lead for the Uber Eats x McDonald’s partnership, and Chief of Staff to the Head of US and Canada Operations. Additionally, Ashley spent time at Restaurant Brands International as a Senior Analyst in Global Procurement and Latin American Operations.

Ashley received her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Ashley holds concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Economics, and Behavioral Science. Ashley received her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University Nolan School of Hospitality with a minor in real estate and concentration in food and beverage.

Outside of work, Ashley is on the executive committee of the Metropolitan State University Foundation Board, a member of the Young Alumni Board at the Nolan School of Hospitality at Cornell University, and on the alumni admissions committee for the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Ashley and her husband, Liam, welcomed their daughter in February of this year. The family loves spending time outdoors, cheering on Colorado sports teams, and trying new restaurants.
