Mr. Del Rio is President and Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NYSE: NCLH), a leading global cruise operator which operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. During his tenure, Mr. Del Rio has successfully led NCLH in delivering industry-leading financial results, providing an unparalleled guest experience and expanding its fleet with the newest, most innovative and most luxurious ships at sea. An over 25-year veteran of the cruise industry, Mr. Del Rio founded Oceania Cruises in 2002 and under his leadership, grew the line from a fledgling start-up to a dominant player in the upscale cruise market.  He further led Oceania Cruises’ acquisition of Regent Seven Seas Cruises to form Prestige Cruise Holdings, the industry’s leading upscale cruise operator.  After NCLH’s acquisition of Prestige, Mr. Del Rio was appointed to lead the combined company, which today operates 28 vessels and two private island destinations.
