HADM 4810: Labor Relations in the Hospitality Industry

Fall. 4 credits. Student option grading (no audit).

Prerequisite: HADM 3870 or ILRLR 2010. NSHA students must enroll in HADM 4810.

Description

Focuses on the critical labor relations issues facing the hospitality industry. All students participate in simulated organizing campaigns and contract negotiations. Representatives of management and unions will address the class on key contemporary developments.
