HADM 7960: Hospitality Practicum

Spring. 1.5 credits. S/U grades only.

Enrollment limited to: MMH students or permission of instructor. Students will be responsible for the costs of lodging, travel, meals, and scheduled activities.

Faculty teaching this course:

Students will examine specific destinations and will visit restaurant, lodging, and other organizations for tours and interactive discussion with a range of travel and hospitality executives.
