Bruce Tracey, Management and Organizations

Bruce Tracey, SC Johnson College of Business faculty area coordinator for Management and Organizations, is the Kenneth and Marjorie Blanchard Professor of Human Resource Management at the Nolan School and editor of the Cornell Hospitality Quarterly. His particular areas of expertise include human resource management and law, and management and organizations. His research and consulting have been sponsored by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International, Mövenpick Hotels and Resorts, Wynn Resorts, Hillstone Restaurant Group, and Uno Chicago Grill.

Gary Thompson, Operation, Technology, and Information Management

Gary Thompson, SC Johnson College of Business faculty area coordinator for Operation, Technology, and Information Management, is the Burton S. Sack ‘61 Professor in Food and Beverage Management. His current research focuses on restaurant revenue management, food and beverage forecasting in lodging operations, workforce staffing, and many other topics. He is the founder and president of Thoughtimus(R) Inc., a software development firm focusing on scheduling products.
