Jeff serves as Managing Director for Kolter’s Multifamily Group. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ground-up development throughout Florida, including site origination, design, financial structuring, and asset management.
Prior to Kolter, Jeff managed the construction, asset management, and disposition of all Transit Oriented Development along the Brightline High-Speed Rail at Florida East Coast Industries. During his time at FECI, he oversaw the densification of regional stops for the only eco-friendly high-speed passenger rail service in the United States, including Miami Central, an 11-acre multi-modal transportation center with a chef-driven food hall, 816 Class-AAA residences, commercial office towers, and street front retail.
Jeff received his BS with concentrations in entrepreneurship and real estate from the School of Hotel Administration. He is currently on the Advisory Board at Cornell’s Center for Real Estate and Finance as well as an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
