Adam Weissenberg is Vice Chairman and Chief Global Officer for Deloitte’s US Audit & Assurance practice, as well as the Asia Pacific Leader for the US Global Office. In addition, Adam serves on Deloitte’s US Board of Directors. As a Board member Adam is responsible for governance and oversight of the U.S. firm. In his global roles, Adam helps drive the US strategy around global issues while ensuring leadership alignment around the Firm’s most important accounts. Adam has strong relationships with executives across Deloitte’s global network to enhance seamless delivery. In addition to these roles, Adam serves as the Lead Client Service Partner for a Fortune 200 client, as well as an Advisory Partner on multiple Fortune 500 clients.

Adam spent 18 years building one of Deloitte’s largest global industry practices, Transportation, Hospitality, and Services (THS), which now includes more than 1,500 professionals. He now actively serves as a senior advisor to many of Deloitte’s largest Fortune 500 hospitality, gaming and food service clients.

Based in New York, Adam has been quoted in national publications including, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today, Forbes, Condé Nast and Travel & Leisure. He has also been a guest on CNBC, Fox Business News and Bloomberg.

With over 25 years in the THS marketplace, Adam has spoken at national industry conferences and summits including, the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC), the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (“ALIS”) and the New York University International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference. He is also a frequent speaker at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and he serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board. Adam was named one of the top 90 Influential Hotelies from Cornell University’s Hotel School.

Outside of Deloitte, Adam serves on the board and is the Audit Committee Chairman of the UJA of New York and on the Board of both the Japan Society and Cancer Hope Network. Adam received a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in Hotel and Restaurant Administration, and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University where he majored in accounting and finance.
