C. Patrick Scholes ‘94

C. Patrick has over 30 years of experience in the hotel industry and on Wall Street.  As Managing Director and Senior Analyst, C. Patrick oversees equity research at Truist Securities for the Lodging, Vacation Ownership, and Cruise industries.  His practice is highly regarded for its industry leading data-driven research. C. Patrick is regularly cited in the Wall Street Journal and numerous industry publications and is often seen on CNBC discussing the industry.  His practice is the official provider of Wall Street hotel research to the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) and he has been a guest lecturer at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration on numerous occasions.

Patrick received his BS from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration and his MBA from The William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester.
