Zachary Fischer is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and is the head of Middle Market Commercial Real Estate Lending in the Fixed Income Division based in New York. Zachary has run this business for the past decade plus. His team focuses primarily on Conduit, Agency, and Bridge to Conduit Lending. Zachary joined the Firm in 2006 as an Analyst in CMBS Trading and was primarily responsible for running the flow cash business. Zachary earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics, graduating in 2006 from Cornell University. He resides in Scarsdale, NY with his wife, Raquel, and their two sons.
