Keith Chapman currently serves as General Counsel for Instawork. Keith brings deep expertise in legal policy and litigation related to worker regulation, as well as a commitment to social justice. He most recently spent four years at Postmates, where he grew the legal team and established company policies that are informing today’s public discourse on the gig economy. Prior, he worked at Littler Mendelson, a leading labor law firm, and at the NYC Commission on Human Rights. He graduated from Rutger University School of Law and Davidson College.
