

Biography
Atlas (Jinsong) Wu is a Ph.D. candidate in Real Estate and Finance at the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business. His research interests broadly span mental health economics and real estate finance, with a particular focus on how early-life mental health shapes long-term financial outcomes and real estate banking system. His job market paper, The Unsecured Consequence: Youth Development and Financial Distress, investigates the causal impact of youth mental health on household financial distress and debt structure in adulthood. He will be on the academic job market in Fall 2025 and Spring 2026.
