

Biography
Jessie Jiang is a Ph.D. candidate at Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business. Her research focuses on operational fairness and consumer protection in digital markets. She models consumer decision-making from a behavioral perspective, examines how cognitive biases shape market outcomes, and explores interventions that can mitigate these risks. Before beginning her doctoral studies, she worked as a business analyst at Wells Fargo in Charlotte, North Carolina.
