Esther graduated from Cornell University in 2014 with a degree in Hotel Administration and a concentration in Law. She also received her M.S. in Marketing from Seoul National University.
During her time as an undergraduate at Cornell, Esther fell in love with cooking and earned her A.O.S. in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. Prior to graduate school, she worked in professional kitchens, including a Michelin star restaurant in New York City and restaurants in Seoul, an experience that advanced her interest in hospitality and consumer behavior. With these experiences, she continues to bridge academic knowledge with real-world hospitality experience.
