Vice President of Planning and Integration, Global Operations, for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

Chrissy Gamble is Vice President of Planning and Integration, Global Operations, for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.  In this capacity, Chrissy develops operational strategy for integration at the hotel level. Based at the Four Seasons Corporate Office, Chrissy works with the President of Global Operations and leadership team to design strategy to advance Four Seasons’ leadership position in hospitality. Areas of focus include the business development and preopening process, defining and integrating global initiatives, and enabling the best service and guest experience through the Four Seasons culture. Creating tools to manage the preopening, conversion and product improvement processes, Chrissy partners with preopening teams to open and deliver successful openings and additions to the Four Seasons portfolio. Current priorities include the development of and ESG strategy, delivery of the restaurant and bar strategy and the current implementation of an enhanced Health and Safety program, Lead With Care, a critical priority for Four Seasons Hotels, Resorts, Residences and Corporate Offices.

Chrissy is a graduate from the Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration where she continues to recruit and guest lecture. Following graduation, she pursued a career in Food and Beverage Management working with Four Seasons at properties including Chicago, The Regent Beverly Wilshire,  North San Diego at Aviara,  New York  and  Philadelphia.  In 2012, Chrissy joined The Four Seasons Corporate Office as a Project Manager in Rooms and Food and Beverage Operations then was promoted to the Director of Operations in 2014 and Director, Global Product and Innovation in 2015.  In these roles, she provided on-site support for the openings of hotels in Orlando, Seoul, Bogota, Oahu, New York Downtown and the 2017 conversion of the Ocean Club in the Bahamas and was an integral part of developing the Research and Discovery studio, a platform to test new products and services.

Chrissy’s previous experience includes roles with Cornell University, Restaurant Associates, Starbucks,  Intercontinental and Thompson Hotels. A New Yorker living in Toronto, Chrissy loves to try new restaurants and visit art museums and parks with her husband Pete and son Thomas.
