Bruce Hamilton has more than 35 years of hotel industry experience in corporate and field assignments. He joined InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in 2005 and currently leads the Employee & Labor Relations function in the Americas. Bruce is responsible for human resources compliance (affirmative action, equal employment, wage and hour), the region’s employee relations programs and a team that leads collective bargaining for IHG’s 20 unionized hotels. In addition, in 2010, Bruce assumed human resources support responsibilities for the Americas Business Development team, and in 2018, he was appointed human resources business partner to the Hotel Lifecycle & Growth function in the Americas.
