Contemporary Challenges in Affordable Housing: Addressing Current Issues with Innovative Solutions

This symposium is bought to you by the Center for Real Estate and Finance (CREF).

A variety of topics will be explored including:

  • Current issues and future projections for affordable and workforce housing.
  • The intersection of policy making and development to meet public need at multiple levels of affordable housing.
  • The ways in which commercial real estate developers and investors can co–mingle the goals of public service and profitability.

Two sessions with breakfast and lunch included. These sessions will be in a discussive format, with time for Q&A at the end of each session.

 

Undergrad and grad students welcome! Transportation and lodging for students will be provided by CREF.
