Biography
Atlas Wu is currently a PhD student at Nolan School with a focus on real estate finance. His research interest broadly resides in the mortgage market. Specifically, how the residential mortgages affects household decisions and behavior and how commercial mortgages interact with company’s decision making. Before joining Nolan in 2020 as a PhD student, he worked as a research assistant in real estate at PKF consulting in Shanghai, China. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring sites under the U.S. national park systems and has an ambition to visit all the national parks in the U.S.
