Steven Hurowitz is the Chief Executive Officer of HB Capital Group and has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry.
HB Capital Group (“HB”) is a privately held real estate investment company headquartered in Miami, Florida. The company specializes in the acquisition and asset management of value-add hospitality, retail, residential, office, and industrial assets in primary and secondary markets throughout the United States. HB applies a highly focused, operational approach to all of its assets, leveraging its experience to operate efficiently and offer exceptional space and service to tenants and guests.
HB’s current hospitality projects include the repositioning of a beachfront resort in Miami, the renovation of a full-service Marriott outside of Ann Arbor, and the ground up development of a full-service hotel in downtown Orlando. Additionally, HB is a partner in over a dozen hotels and is a strategic investor and advisor to several hospitality and travel related companies.
Mr. Hurowitz holds an undergraduate degree from Tufts University and an MBA from Columbia University.
