Undergraduate Minor in Real Estate

The minor in real estate is available to all undergraduate students enrolled at Cornell University. The program prepares students for a career in commercial real estate and is built around three components—coursework, connections, and careers. Students who minor in real estate have an opportunity to interact with other students across all of Cornell’s schools and have access to a strong alumni network—creating endless possibilities in the real estate industry.

For more information on the undergraduate minor in real estate, Freshman and sophomore students in the Minor are asked to use their “home” career office; juniors and seniors from all Cornell colleges have limited access to a real estate specialist in the Nolan School of Hotel Administration’s Career Management Office. The Real Estate Minor Coordinator can be reached at realestateminor@cornell.edu.
