Congratulations to KTH Royal Institute of Technology
…for winning first place and University of Cambridge for winning second place in the Cornell Regional Real Estate Competition, UK/Europe, hosted by the Center for Real Estate and Finance on October 29, 2018 at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. Teams from top UK and European universities competed in analyzing an actual real estate transaction presented by Saul Goldstein ’92 (A&S) and presented their analysis and proposal to a panel of international real estate executives. The two winners receive automatic invitations to the Cornell International Real Estate Case Competition (CIRECC) in New York City on November 12-13, 2018 and monetary awards for their trip to New York City to compete in the competition.
