CREF China Forum Enters Third Year

Joined by the Cornell Club of Beijing, the Center for Real Estate and Finance held its third annual China Forum in December 2015. Acknowledging the international importance of China’s real estate industry and its economy, the forum focused on three timely topics: cross-border real-estate investment, REITs and securitization in China, and the future of China’s real estate. Chaired by SHA Associate Professor Peng Liu, the forum attracted a cross-section of high-profile business professionals from real estate and finance firms based in China and internationally.
