FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Priceline.com Becomes a Partner of Cornell Center for Hospitality Research

Ithaca, NY, March 31, 2011 – Priceline.com has become a partner of the Cornell Center for Hospitality Research (CHR). As part of its arrangement with CHR, priceline.com will supply data to CHR Research Fellows, and Tim Gordon, priceline.com's Senior Vice President, Hotels, will join the CHR Advisory Board.

"Priceline.com was a strong supporter of the center's research agenda long before it became a partner," said Jennifer Macera, CHR associate director. "They have supplied data for our research reports, and Tim Gordon was a presenter in the 2010 Cornell Hospitality Research Summit. We are delighted to have Tim and priceline.com as partners."

"This partnership represents an excellent strategic alliance for us," said Gordon. "Cornell and the CHR have been at the forefront of studying the hotel and travel industry's relationship with the online travel sites. This research benefits the entire industry, and we are glad to support it."

In addition to participation in the CHR Advisory Board, all partners have a seat at CHR Roundtables, which are scheduled for several times per year. The Advisory Board will meet this April at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca.
