Founded in 1983, The Mega Company is an international company specializing in the construction of large commercial, industrial and retail projects, with 1.8 square feet of commercial space as of 2007, most of which it owns and operates. Based in Washington, D.C., The Mega Company has been operating in Romania for more than 17 years and opened a project more recently in Dallas. RLJ Lodging Trust is a self-advised, publicly traded real estate investment trust focused on acquiring premium-branded, focused-service, and compact full-service hotels. The company’s portfolio consists of 144 hotels in 20 states and the District of Columbia, with a total of more than 21,000 rooms. Wells Fargo is a nationwide, diversified, community-based financial services company with $1.4 trillion in assets. Founded in 1852 and headquartered in San Francisco, Wells Fargo provides banking, insurance, investments, mortgage, and consumer and commercial finance services through offices in more than 35 countries to support the bank’s global customers. Watermark Capital Partners, LLC, is a Lake Forest, Illinois–based real estate investment management firm that has a portfolio of hotels and resorts; resort residential products; recreational uses including golf and club ownership programs; and new-urbanism and mixed-use projects. Westbrook Partners owns more than $20 billion worth of real estate, including properties such as 444 Madison Ave.
