Nabil RamadhanGroup Chief Real Estate & Asset Management Officer
Nabil M. Ramadhan is Group Chief Real Estate & Asset Management Officer of Jumeirah Group. A citizen of the United Arab Emirates, Nabil joined Jumeirah after a fourteen-year career with some of the UAE’s top organizations and was most recently chief operating officer of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Authority.
In his role at DIFC Authority, Nabil was responsible for the overall operations division, including human capital, real estate, security, information technology, procurement, administration, and operational excellence.
Nabil also supported the development and execution of the DIFC’s strategy and business plan. Before joining DIFC Authority in 2006, he held a number of roles, including director of human resources at Dubai Properties and head of human capital services at Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone. He started his career in the performance development department for Emirates Group.
Nabil reports to president and group CEO Gerald Lawless and oversees the 14,000 employees of the hotel group. Since joining Jumeirah, Nabil has successfully implemented an HR strategy built on five pillars – implementing a performance-driven culture, a global resourcing strategy, a robust HR operating model, a UAE national development program, and a system for embedding the Jumeirah culture. Nabil also leads the strategy department and supervises the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, the managing director of which reports to him.
Nabil holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona, and is a graduate of the Mohamed bin Rashid Leadership Programme. He is a board member of Indemaj, the independent non-profit organization that supports the development of quality education in all UAE government schools, especially in rural areas.
