The Cornell Institute for Hospitality Labor and Employment Relations (CIHLER) combines academic and industry resources for research, education, and dialogue dedicated to the modernization of hospitality industry labor and management relations and human resources management. To support both management and labor, the institute sponsors research, classroom enrichment, and industry roundtables. The institute also offers a forum for the most recent analysis of labor and employment law by experts and practitioners throughout the industry.
